Monique Besz
B.J. (Hons)., R.R.P., C.C.L.C.P
Monique Besz has been involved in the rehabilitation field for over eight years, gaining extensive knowledge and experience handling complex and catastrophic injury cases including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, chronic pain and mental illness. Monique is a graduate of Carleton University and is continually expanding her knowledge and expertise in the rehabilitation field, currently enrolled in her second degree program (Psychology) at Carleton.
Ms. Besz has completed the Life Care Planning Certificate Program through Intelicus / University of Florida and has received her designation as Canadian Certified Life Care Planner through the Commission on Health Care Certification in the United States. Monique was also heavily involved in the development and program coordination of the Canadian Institute of Life Care Planning program, the first program of its kind offered in Canada.
Along with the above qualifications, Monique has received her designation as a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) through the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada.

Shannon McGrath
B.Sc., O.T., OT Reg. (Ont.)
Shannon McGrath has been a significant contributor to the rehabilitation industry for fourteen years, providing occupational therapy consultation and assessment, with specific knowledge related to spinal cord, acquired brain injury, and musculoskeletal injuries. She also brings with her over 10 years experience working in the auto insurance and long term disability sectors.
Shannon has extensive experience conducting CAT impairment occupational therapy assessments, Physical demands analyses, return to work planning/implementation, work readiness programs and future cost of care assessments.
Additionally, Shannon has served as Member of Board of Directors for Accessible Housing, Educational facilitator for the CAWC Skills Series in Canada and Internationally and is a member of
Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT), member of the Canadian Association of Wound Care (CAWC)and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT)
